This level of misconduct is absolutely intolerable and reflects extremely poorly on your business. No customer should be subjected to such treatment. It is clear that this individual is not suitable for a customer-facing position.
Good location, easy to access and parking was no problem. Great atmosphere! Communication could be better, they messed up the order but they were quick to fix it and we're friendly. Vanilla chia was amazing although the bagel had very little cream cheese which was a little disappointing.
I get my moring Americano here. The staff are friendly and the service is fast. Good place.
Edwin was nice and polite
The baristas really know their craft here, super impressed!
