Dunkin’

What happened? The old location was great, mostly consistent, and friendly. Now it's just a crapshoot. Your coffee is NEVER going to be the same as the last time and who knows if you'll leave feeling like you just made it onto someone's revenge list. I will say there are maybe three employees that are very friendly. But even the most basic pre built by Dunkin themselves latte comes out wrong. Not going to complain about the food because that's all frozen anyway but the drinks are 100% in your capability to get control over. Lucky they're the only one close by.

Very disappointed. I’ve ordered from this location multiple times, and the quality is inconsistent. This time I got a Hot Caramel Macchiato ,and the cup was barely half full — see attached photos. I’m paying full price and constantly receiving less than what I ordered. When I mentioned it, the staff was rude instead of helpful. This isn’t the first time, and I’m honestly tired of it. Please improve your service — customers deserve better.

The food was cold. Hash browns should have never been served. They were cold overcooked hard as a rock. 4 packs of them in the trash

This is the most pitiful meal deal to date. All the bacon was clumped together in the center and check out at these crumbled up "smash"browns. It took a second person to have to get on the speaker to understand "a little extra cream and no sugar for my coffee" lol. I see there are alot of complaints here, each one is unique. And to "disappointed Meg"- Take your "nasty, entitled people and demographic" theories and shove it!! Prices are high everywhere, and when people pay for something, they should get quality product and good friendly service. Of course, mistakes happen, but being friendly or rude can be a 2-way street, so don't bash customers who are trying to keep these people employed. Incidentally "Meg", I was polite, not rude to the employees, despite their need to be retraine

Worst Dunkin I’ve been to. The absolute laziest employees. Either get the wrong order in the drive through or walk in and none of the employees help until you say are any of you actually working. How pathetic. Told us they were busy when no drive through line and no one inside
