Dunkin'

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. The hygiene standards need serious improvement—staff should not be handling food after touching trash or other unsanitary items. This is a basic expectation in any food service environment. Additionally, the customer service was poor. If you’re in the service industry, professionalism and efficiency should be a top priority. Unfortunately, that was not reflected during my visit. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to staff on hygiene practices and customer service.

This place has nice staff and breakfast items are good. But the donuts suck. Coffee good too

I was in desperate need of a cup of water on a hot sunny day, I did not have my wallet or any money on me. The fine young women working today were so gracious and kind to me. They gave me a large cup of water with ice in it and did not make me feel bad about it. Tremendous service even for a non-paying customer with 0% chance of a tip for them. I appreciate you guys over there, that water was the best I’ve ever had!

Ordered mobile, the drive through menu sign recognized me and displayed to proceed to window and I did. Two workers in drive through window scolded me for not stopping at the speaker and giving my name first. My order was not ready. They both said the proceed to window message is just a corporate thing and to disregard it. Sounds like a need for some training. My 3-5 visits to other DD that use the same message have no trouble having my order ready.

This is 1 of the 2 Dunkins in the area. 1 is on the beach, and this is the most convenient one, right on route 1. This Dunkin is the one we visit 99% of the time when we are looking for coffee. This coffee shop is always busy. Baskin Robins is here Bathrooms Outside sitting are Drive-through Service is fast. We've been coming here , and will continue doing so.
