Dunkin'

I have been coming to this Dunkin well over 2 years and 95% of the time I get the same thing. Well in the last week 4 different times I have gotten my coffee and it taste absolutely horrible. I have to go back around and ask them to remake it and then it taste fine. Most of the time the employees are very nice about it but there are some that roll their eyes or give attitude. I just ignore it, if I’m paying $5 for a code I want it made the correct way… I’m half tempted to start going 3 more miles up the road to the one on Prospect t Road. It just so disappointing.

I know how important reviews are for a company do I'll add my note here. I usually go super early & don't have issues. I order my coffee with regular sugar & get liquid sugar instead. Small detail. A piece of advice, I always order ahead of time some times last minute & I know this, but maybe not make comments to your customers like "year we just got it so we are still working on it" I know it's going to take time I'm fully aware when I put the order in. Maybe try saying something a little nicer. I'll be driving a longer distance to get my order from now on.

I can't say enough about this place... Never have I ever, ... had any complaints about going there. The coffee, the food its always fresh, taste great, but the staff is the best part, always quick friendly and smiling and keeping the place spotless. I highly recommend the new jam grilled cheese sandwich its incredible!!

Never understand why it says 5am but there’s only ever people sitting in there cars till 6am? At least change the time if you don’t open till 6am so people like me don’t come out there way for nothing.

Great service, friendly employees and they put just the right amount of ice in my medium iced coffee.
