Dunkin'

Just ordered 2 drinks, asked for a triple mocha and a caramel craze.. they put pumpkin spice latte as my caramel craze the first time and I said it’s a caramel craze and they fixed it and then they still gave me a pumpkin spice latte?? Went through drive through and they were talking and mingling around.. Also there was nobody else in the store.. even though the sticker says caramel craze got something else??

I ordered through the drive thru, they got my order wrong. Then I went in to use the restroom, and all I got was constant banging on the door from the workers the whole time. Then they disrespectfully told me I took too long(which I took 5 minutes), and told me that I must buy something to use the bathroom, even though I did buy something through their drive thru and they never had a sign or policy posted saying so. Workers service was minimum effort, music was so loud that when I yelled out to someone to “stop banging please”, they said they couldn’t hear me, I will take my business to another Dunkin.

Don’t get cold foam, you get less coffee. I understand they make room for it, but this is wild. You have to pay for the cold foam, but end up getting less coffee.

They always seem to give me regular coffee when I order decaf. It has happened three times now and my wife is very sensitive to caffeine. Maybe they could learn to speak better English

The worst donuts we had ordered 2 Boston cream & there was no filling in them along with the jelly donut that was stiff. A rip off for sure. Don't get donuts here. Paid 7.99 for a 1/2 dozen and were the worst!
