Dunkin'

Fast service but lazy. Slammed my donuts on counter as it was a busy friday 3pm in the afternoon on 10/11/24 It was packed but for my first time at this location I may never be back. Order was made exactly as requested but the girl at the counter just had such an attitude. She was of a heavier set person. Seemed like she personally didnt want to be there. The other employees were actually acting like a college campus house. Store needed to be cleaned up. Items barely stocked.

Probably my favorite dunkin located anywhere remotely close to where I live. These workers deal with literally everything under the sun and they will still serve your entire order. I have never experienced a single mistake in any order, I've never had a bad customer service experience. I'm a really antisocial person, and these people do not put you in an uncomfortable position; they do their job, they deal with annoying teenagers, and they do it well.

Out of all the local Dunkins, this is my favorite. They know what they are doing and are very pleasant.

Horrible customer service. Cashier never greeted me and when he brought my order to the counter, was literally 5 feet away and tossed it in front of me. I said thank you, he never acknowledged it and walked away. I will NEVER go back.

Manager was going off swearing and yelling at employee so loud could hear it through the drive threw speaker. Seemed really upset someone was late. At the window I could hear her talk about withholding tips from anyone who is late. Overall sandwich & Coffee was bad compared to others in Boston. But damn never heard someone yelling n swearing 😆 🤣
