Dunkin'

Staff was friendly and donuts were tasty but both of my glazed donuts were frosting side against the bag. When I pulled them off, almost off of the frosting was left on the back. Could use better training for staff on how to serve donuts to make them worth buying.

Dunkin Donuts coffee is good moore if you travel this dunkin. Nice clean good service have breakfast , snaks. Good donuts

My husband went to get me coffee and ordered me a decaf iced mocha. Granted, he should have asked for a decaf iced cocoa mocha, but I’d assume most people could figure out what he meant by that. When he pulled up to the window he was served a hot drink. When he told them that was incorrect they then gave him what I assume to be decaf iced coffee with mocha syrup in it. This obviously was not what I wanted, so I placed an online order for what I wanted and when he went back, he asked to be refunded for the incorrect drink. They told him they wouldn’t refund him because they made the drink the way that he asked for it. At no coffee shops does an iced mocha mean iced coffee with mocha syrup. We felt hurried in the drive thru while ordering. Ordered 2 ham and cheese croissants and we only received 1, and it was ice cold in the middle. My green tea refresher also lacked flavor.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a brown sugar oatmilk latte, chocolate creme filled donut, hashbrowns and a 2 pack of the new sliders. My order was slammed on the counter with a "HERE!" From the employee as they turned their back. My latte was half full, and tasted fruity. Definitely not the brown sugar oatmilk latte i have ordered many times. I received a PLAIN CAKE DONUT. GROSS. My hashbrowns were put at the bottom of the bag and crushed by the sliders that were put in the bag sideways on top of them. It was one mushy pile of potatoes. The sliders were cold. None of my order was correct and the employees were incredibly rude.
