Dunkin'

The people who work there are like machines, especially from like 9-11am. They were short staffed and the cashier had jumped in to help with the orders coming through the app, and a full lobby. They were very professional and I appreciated how well they were able to handle the chaos...while also getting the orders correct. ❤️☕🍩☺️👍🏻

You guys should be embarrassed of this I didn’t order and plain bagel with no butter or cream cheese I ordered with butter and cream cheese. Thanks for putting basically nothing on my bagel!!!! You guys suck!!!!

I placed an order for delivery and the delivery driver was the only positive part. The drinks were incorrect from what ordered. I wanted two large hot decaf lattes made with oatmilk and didn't receive them. Because I spent an absurd amount of money on it I drank it anyway and both were watered down. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering here again.

BY FAR THE WORSE EXPERIENCE IVE HAD YET AT A DUNKIN DONUTS 🍩 🙃. So this morning I had a 2 hrs drive for work. I was in a great mood until I sat and watched my latte sit before the expresso machine for 15 minutes while the staff giggled about their work place drama. Who's supposed to be working and who's got to cover because they called out. Blah blah blah so after watching the line 🙄 build from nobody to literally 15 people asking if they were out of coffee ☕️ because nobody behind the counter was doing anything else, I finally gave up because ten people who came in placed orders after me and got their stuff before me. I jumped back on line to ask for a refund and was asked if I was back for more 😆 lol. I replied NO I NEVER EVEN GOT WHAT I ORDERED THEN SHE SAID I THOUGHT SOMEONE ELSE FINIS

Great location. Specifically employee Ez, provides excellent customer service.
