Dunkin'

Rushed through order and got the one food item I asked for wrong. Not surprised. There there was no drive through line. Frozen caramel coffee and a bowl of chipotle hashbrowns. (Got the wrap instead) this is what the coffee looked like. Big ole ice chunks. Not blended properly. Had to set it in the sun before I could drink it🤷🏽‍♂️.

I want to report one of the workers of Dunking Donuts. The guy who was attending the Drive through speaker in this location around 5:10pm today was racist towards my mother whose second language is English. He didn’t even give my mother a chance to make her order…..The other employee at this location a black American lady gave my mother the coffee and she was really nice and helpful. My mother always buys her coffee at this location for the past 10 years and never had a problem…. I hope your company takes care of this bad customer service employee..

Service sucks!! Employees are rude & just look like they hate their job. They are visibly annoyed when you order. Surprisingly my drink was made correctly, today.

Picked up my mobile order just to recieve all the wrong things I ordered pumpkin munchkins instead recieved cold assorted ones. While both drinks were completely off. They also did not give me a receipt and claimed they cant cause they trashed it. Upon my return I presented them with the items and requested my order to be made. Just to be told they were out of the munchkins I ordered and didn't have the items to make both of my drinks. No resolution was offered no exchange, no refund didn't want to cancel my order just bickering with nasty attitude. Now I have to post a review so other people dont experience this and wait tili get a response from corporate this is my second time dealing with their garbage customer service. CHECK YOUR BAG AND ITEMS BEFORE LEAVING. They will hand you whateve

As a regular customer of this location I have witnessed the drive thru window falling to the floor and almost injuring the workers. That's been over a month now. I came in today for a coffee and once again the window was broken with what looks like some clear tape holding it together. This is very sad! I sincerely hope that the owner sees this review. You should be ashamed! Your employees could seriously get injured obviously you're not thinking of that. You're lucky they don't sue you. I have seen with my own eyes the window falling to the ground with your employee trying to catch it. Please do better or I will not personally ever come back to this location. On a positive note, the ladies are always very kind with bright beautiful smiles.
