Dunkin'

My “snakin bacon” can with a lovely side of hair this afternoon! Maybe the works should actually have hair properly tied back and or hair nets if handling food products. My refresher had to be remade because they don’t listen when you order and the just assume, and my 2 wake up wraps came as one! This place needs to get their shit in order, AGAIN! Don’t recommend unless you don’t mind backhanded attitude or crappy service. 👎

Was there around 10am this morning after my second attempt of grabbing a coffee. Went into the lobby this time and witnessed unprofessionalism at its finest. A manager was yelling at an employee about his/her speed as well as threatening to write up staff all in the presence of a lot of customers. This manager needs to be looked at. Ill stick to the dunkins at rapid refill.

2 stars is being kind. Something is very wrong here. The turnover of staff is extremely high because I never see the same people when I stop. They’re friendly but something is making them quit pretty soon after they start working. Today we stopped and after waiting quite a while at the drive through they couldn’t even make an egg and cheese on an English muffin because they were too short staffed. Only 2 people on a Sunday morning ????!!!!! REALLY?! There was another time they didn’t have cream for the coffee. Then another time I specifically said 3 creams in the coffee and I received what was a coffee with so much cream it tasted like warmed cream and I had to throw it away. I rarely go there now and make everything at home because they’re so unreliable.

It's only ever like two people at a time who work for the store that are actually really good at their jobs. Whenever they're working things are great. 75% of the time though your food's coming out cold in the center. They're always understaffed really busy and apps usually down

I don’t usually post reviews, but this Dunkin’ location has the poorest service I have ever experienced in any business. Examples below: There are two younger men who work at this Dunkin’ who exemplified horrible customer service. They were very rude and unprofessional, they used foul and/or racist language, didn’t serve me for about 15 minutes after I rolled up to the drive-thru window (mind you I was the only customer), and they left their window opened which allowed me to hear the horrible comments they were saying about the woman ordering in line behind me. The boy taking my order was very unprofessional and continuously got my order wrong when repeating it, even after I repeated myself in a clear tone.
