Dunkin'

I told the lady at the drive thru , LIGHT ice. I went home took all the ice out & this is all the coffee I had left. It is so annoying.

This is one of the nicer Dunkin’s I’ve been to. The sandwich was awesome! Love my Boston Cream doughnuts, and DD has the best. The staff here is very friendly and nice. I don’t drink coffee and I could appreciate that the gentleman working the window wanted to double check. The app was super easy to use. I downloaded and used while I was in the drive through line. The only knock I have is the five hash browns that were lukewarm at best for $1.49. Cmon DD do better even if it’s just optics. Don’t give me that big bag and only put five in there. Everything else was on point and 10/10 the hash browns were a -4/10. Lukewarm, reheated multiple times and way too few for the size bag and price. This Dunkin is the top location then the other locations the matcha iced lattes are so sweet and tasty I also love the chocolate glazed donuts and the sausage biscuit the service was amazing everyone was so kind and even kind to their coworkers it was an okay environment maybe put some music it was very quiet but I think people would enjoy that I really liked this Dunkin especially since it's all fresh and smell fantastic and pure I recommend this place for studying or chilling or simply for just existing I won't gatekeep this spot because it's so amazing everyone should experience this Dunkin donuts location it was so amazing and wasn't busy at all only a two customers were sitting inside chilling. I absolutely love this location, the staff are AMAZING!!! Always nice and attentive. I will go out of the way to this location. My coffee is always made just right

First time visiting this location and it will certainly be my last. Came through the drive-thru and ordered 25 donut holes. Unbeknownst to me there are multiple flavors of them as I had a variety of different flavors in the box. I came back to to get it fixed and was met with attitude and the young man who helped me dumped out the originals amd used the same container for my new ones and couldn’t be bothered to count them and give me the number that I ordered. I don’t go to this chain a lot, but it seems each time I do I run into some issue.
