Dunkin'

I visit this location almost every Sunday morning. ERIN is just superb with customer service! Without prompting, she remembers that I typically need a drink holder so I can carry the beverages I order into a care facility. She is a pleasure to do business with!

Donuts were always fresh. We went 5 days in a row and always greeted with a smile. It was nice to have a familiar face and taste when being far from home.

I come here all the time bc it’s the only one in the area and I keep being deeply disappointed. I’m not even the type to write reviews but this has happened so many times over the past year it’s ridiculous. I understand Dunkin is a chain, and their food is fine. It’s the problem with the orders being correct. %90 of the time I go I get my order wrong. And the manager there is rude as hell whenever I try to correct it. Today for example I got a BACON EGG AND CHEESE on a plain bagel. They charged me for a bacon egg and cheese.. (like $6) but gave me a plain bagel? Nothing on it? Like the fact the workers there are ignorant enough to think that I’d pay $6 for a plain bagel woth nothing on it is crazy. The receipt literally says bacon egg and cheese? LOVED coming here yesterday. me and my sister went and they were out of the french cruellers she loves luckily they were baking some at the time but the cashier was so COOL he joked around and overall made it a fun experience he was super sweet as well
