Dunkin'

I know this is a fast food place but this location specifically is very bad. My food was straight up cold, chicken roasted wrap was cold, basically frozen, and bagel was not toasted at all. I did not get cookie butter cold foam that comes with the cookie butter latte??? And the workers were annoyed, mind you there was no one there. If you’re gonna go here make sure they make your stuff right or honestly don’t go here at all.

I ordered two glazed donuts ( which I thought ) the donuts had little to no glaze on them . Then they was hard as hell Dunkin donuts never have fresh donuts anymore better off going to 7-11 they be fresh there . I also ordered an Carmel and mocha ice coffee which tasted just like mocha without the Carmel. This Dunkin donuts needs to do better

Avoid this D and D. Slowest service. Employees are nice and working hard. Manager needs to step up and do his job or get fired

I got the new chipotle hashbrown wraps with EXTRA chipotle sauce (extra $0.25 charge) and they put literally only 2 drops of sauce. Not sure if they ran out or just didn’t read the order properly, but it’s annoying that I had to pay extra for LESS sauce than a standard order. I ordered on the mobile app. Please fix for next time - thanks.

Not sure if they hired all new people at this location or what, but lately service has been either very slow, especially in the mornings (i ordered a bagel with butter packets. Im basically doing all the work. Just needed them to cut it and put it in a bag). Usually id chalk it up to a slow start but this has been the case at least 3 times in the past week and a half (today i didnt even get the bagel because it "wasnt done yet"). Will definitely be trying a different location from now on.
