Redefine Meals

I walked in the store and it was spotless. Super clean and Evert who greeted me with a big smile was very patient answering all my questions. I had the chili turkey and it was very delicious. I will definitely be coming back and recommend!

Edit 1/11/26: I called the customer service line and spoke to Devon. He was very helpful and explained that in the future the gift card issue could be avoided by calling the customer service line so they can convert the online gift card into one I can use in-store. As for the reward points, it turns out not all of my points had been used; the boy at the register was, like I said, newer and just did not explain well how that transaction would work. I appreciated the clarification for the future. Two years ago, I would have given ReDefine five stars. I was a big fan, recommended it to family and friends and coworkers. I spoke to a very kind worker named Cody today at t he patchoge location. This was my first time coming in and he was great showing me all the meals and telling me about them. Amazing employee and very friendly will be coming here more often.

I’ve been a redefine customer for well over a year and a half and I can’t say enough good things. Their meal quality is top notch and as a pescatarian, they have so many options for me. You can’t beat the price and the convenience.
