The store was clean, and the staff was friendly and quick with the service. It’s a perfect place for a quick breakfast or coffee break. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for coffee and fresh snacks! ☕🥐

Change of management and staff here and the quality has decreased dramatically. Very rude people operating the register and getting orders wrong every time I go there. I miss the old staff. The food is also cold. Do better this is a busy place. This morning I witnessed them actually make three customers leave before they ordered. The door to the bathroom was locked and nobody was in there and the customer needed to use it.And they wouldn't open the door for him. The same rude lady said sir.I don't know and just walked away.

📍 2606 Damster Street, Chicago I visited the Dunkin’ Parkeridge store at 2606 Damster Street, Chicago, and had a great experience. I ordered coffee and a croissant, and both were very fresh and delicious. The coffee was hot, smooth, and perfectly made, and the croissant was soft, flaky, and tasty.

Anytime I come to this location, someone is either on break and get asked to come back in 15 min or some machine doesn’t work. Also terrible customer service. I just walked in and instead of saying hi! The worker said “yea?” Like what??? Terrible location!

This dunkin has thee slowest working staff and they seem to not have leadership tendencies because after ppl order and pay the let them stand in front of the register “move them along” so maybe the others can order
