You should be ashamed of yourselves for serving this.

I asked for a hazelnut hot coffee three shots of caramel two swing low and they gave me a flavor that I couldn't tell the taste of she gave me the wrong order

I didn't get their name but they had short black hair, cool tattoos, and face piercings. They were great over the intercom taking my order through drive thru! Made me laugh and of corse I got the last two pumpkin spice donuts! Thanks.

I love stopping here on my way to work. I only gave 4 stars because the sandwich order is often wrong, but the people are SO nice and my drink order is always perfect. This is a VERY busy location and I never hold it against the crew who always maintain a friendly demeanor. A little kindness goes a long way!

While waiting for my coffee, I watched one of the employees use her dirty finger to flick the whipped cream off the top of a customers ice coffee order when she realized they didn’t order whipped cream. She then just mixed the coffee up and it was given to a customer at the drive through window.
