"I generally love the fried rice here—it's usually a five-star dish. However, my most recent experience was very disappointing. I ordered Fried Rice with Shrimp and Chicken and a lemonade. The order arrived missing the chicken and the lemonade was unpleasantly sour. The service response, however, was the most concerning part. When I called to inform them of the mistake, the person who answered immediately hung up after I asked for a manager. On my third call, I finally explained the missing chicken. I was then told, "You didn't order chicken." After slowly clarifying the error, the solution offered was only that they would "add it next time." While I'm a fan of the food itself, the lack of quality control on the order and the extremely unprofessional and dismissive customer service make

2:30 in the afternoon on a Monday. Their hours say 11-10 open on Mondays…so why aren’t they open? First time I tried to order from here and they already failed

Good food. Good quantity. Strictly take out. Once in a while an off night with the food.

The best Chinese food in the area. It's always fresh and tasty!

In my opinion, this is the best Chinese food spot in Oxford. It always tastes so good! They get your food out in a timely manner as well.
