They messed up my sandwich and gave me loaded hashbrowns with no cheese and then refused to replace their screw ups awful service

On Thursday, June 26th I went in to grab myself a coffee, I was in a great mood just ready to get myself the drink I’ve been craving when I came face to face with a very impolite, rude, probably the worst attitude I’ve come across within the year of 2025 worker named Docksha. Terrible customer service, gave me unnecessary attitude! Plus the coffee tasted old and gross!Places like these need to get rid of people like this, ruining business!Not going back.
Amazing dunkin. It's on my way to school so I always just stop by and get a coffee or tea. And the order is right every time. Couldn't be more pleased. The line is so fast too. I could show up with 4 other cars in the drive thru and within less than 2 minutes we'd all be out with our orders. I genuinely don't understand how they do it so well.
I went here for a quick pick me up snack. There was no wait and the service was provided with a smile. I recommend this location if you’re looking for a Dunkin.
