Dunkin'

I went inside to get 3 basic medium hot coffees as the drive thru line was out to route 5. There were 5 people working. Nobody acknowledged me at the counter so I could place my order, so I had to use the kiosk. The employees were all focused on drive thru / door dash orders. One employee kept coughing while preparing all the beverages. She should have excused herself from service or put a mask on. Service lacks in the establishment.

Customer service genuinely sucks here 😭 Today at around 3:45 whoever was working the drive through was so rude. Like it was unnecessary. Girlie if you see this, I hope you become a happier person because it must be sad to be so miserable all the time. If I’ve learned anything from this experience, my advice is just take the couple extra miles and go to the Dunkin in Vernon.

I ordered hot chocolate for the first time in forever because dunkin used to be so chocolaty and delicious, boy was I and my kids disappointed after a day of trunk or treating in the cold and rain. It was basically water. Hot water at that. It was gross and I'm disappointed I wasted money I didnt have to treat everyone and it failed.

Does this say 2 cream 2 sugar and shot of espresso!? I’ve lived here for 3 years now and it’s a 50-50 chance they get your order wrong. DO BETTER.

Avoid this place in the morning!! Dirty and unkempt. First thing in the morning, so it's not like this was after a huge rush. The WORST customer service in Oneida. 15 minutes for one coffee and one unheated bakery item. Prior to ordering, there was no acknowledgment that I was in the store. Girl was wiping counters down, then I think she's mumbled that she'd be right with me, but I'm not sure since she kept her back to me. They have more staff than other stores, yet run less efficiently than probably every Dunkin I've ever been to. I've never seen so much emphasis placed on getting Drive Thru orders out the window, yet still have a line out into the road. Afternoon staff is usually nice, though!
