Dunkin'

Unfortunately, the Dunkin’ location closest to our home consistently provides terrible service. The wait times are always extremely long, and they never get our order right. We say we don’t want egg, they add egg. We say we absolutely don’t eat bacon, they still include bacon. It’s very clear that something is not being managed properly at this branch, and many other reviews mention the same issues. I truly hope someone from management sees this and takes it seriously.

I ordered a latte and got a drink that resembled an americano with cream, so I asked for it to be remade. I was grateful that the barista was kind and happy to remake it. My breakfast sandwich tasted a little dry, maybe it wasn’t very fresh.

Every time I go in here the service is bad and they act like they don’t want to be there at all. I ordered a drink and got SO MUCH ICE IT BROKE MY STRAW trying to put it in….also cost 6 dollars…. the next time i came i asked for the same drink with light ice and when the drink came out it wasn’t even what I asked for and the tag didn’t say light ice. I will not be coming here again. The mcdonald’s down the street has better service, and coffee, and is 1/3 of the price. So sad coming from a place that is known for donuts and COFFEE

Seriously sad that my sweet memories of Dunkin Doughnuts have been marred, stomped on, by this encounter. We weren't greeted by anyone and it took quite a while for the one employee to appear to take our order. We asked for slightly, lightly toasted avocado toast (from menu). The menu photo showed 2 pieces of toast beautifully slathered with avocados. We were each handed a hard toasted piece of bread skimmed in avopepper. Yes, that's it. Mine was plain @ $3.59 and my husband added bacon so his was $4.79. Check the pic! Too much time and money for too little food with very little taste.

My friend and I have recently started coming to this Dunkin' Donuts as a weekly meetup, and each week the manager has warmly welcomed us in and asked questions to see how we're doing, he is very engaging and it's clear that he values quality service! The food and coffee is always delicious, and the one time that they got my order wrong, they quickly fixed it apologetically. My friend and I will definitely keep coming back! Seriously great service, and delicious food!
