Dunkin'

The best thing I like about this location is the opportunity to relax inside after a long walk. And the service has improved since I posted a rather unflattering review. It’s a nice stop on your way to wherever else you’re going. 👍🏼

I’m not one to leave a message unless the service was beyond rude. I’ve come to this establishment in the early mornings, and normally had okay interactions. After 3:30p today, a woman began being rude to me. I couldn’t hear her over the the loud machine noise close to their business, and she also had an “open-mic.” For those who don’t know what that is, it’s a hot mic, meaning I can hear stuff she’s saying in the background. I wasn’t sure if she was talking to me or someone bc I saw things ringing up on the screen that I didn’t yet ask for. I waited a while and then asked for assistance. She began getting rude and claimed that she told me to hold on. I said oh okay I didn’t hear you. She continued to be rude over the intercom which then made me think to leave. I've been getting the same coffee, made the same way for years and this is the only Dunkin that absolutely makes it entirely wrong Everytime. There's one guy who works closing shift and he makes it right. Otherwise this is the worst Dunkin. They can't keep up with their orders, I waited 10 minutes for a mobile order 2 wks ago and it was just coffee. They're nice people but they don't Dunkin right 🤷🏼‍♀️

My roommate was heading out for a little walk in the snow and I asked her to bring me back a bagel. She was told to WALK THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU because God forbid people go inside to get warm?? The bagel tasted freezer-burned and was significantly smaller than the last time I went (a couple years ago). Never getting anything from there again.

I asked for an iced coffee with 2 pumps of cream and repeated that to her twice since I saw that she rang it in as 4 pumps of cream on the screen. When I got it she reminded me that she only put two pumps but when I got it, it was nearly white because there was so much cream and way too sweet when I tasted it. It was more like cream with a splash of coffee. I received my croissant and it was rock hard and burnt. Should have returned it but I was rushing to work and she was moving so slow at checkout and had no sense of urgency. Horrible service. Ended up tossing out the coffee and croissant and lost $8.
