Dunkin'

My Mom has been sometimes coming to this local Dunkin doughnuts. Every other time she comes here they seem to be out of doughnuts and sometimes even after 2 pm in the afternoon they are out of doughnuts. Today (02/06/2026) we came to get two bacon and egg croissants and they gave us bacon and egg bagel sandwiches. There is a doughnut palace in Oak Ridge that is really good, y’all.

I asked for a TOASTED plain bagel with cream cheese. The first bagel I got was not toasted and had a piece of hair in it. I asked them to remake it. This is what I got the second time. Little to no cream cheese compared to the first one out of spite.

Super friendly staff. The Dunkin Donuts was super busy when we came in and the team working was like a well oiled machine. Nobody minded waiting a minute as you could tell they were on top of things. Our coffees were hot, fresh and prepared as ordered. Job well done!

I usually have a good experience at this dunkin I come every Sunday morning and I do order a variety of iced coffees and they don’t let me down. Usually a wake up wrap and a coffee and a bagel sometimes, they do great most of the time. I ordered a bagel this morning and there was almost no cream cheese! I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap and got a sausage wake up wrap! I’m not picky at all when it comes to a simple mixup of sausage vs bacon. Not trying to be a Karen but I don’t think I’m asking for too much for there to be an adequate amount of cream cheese on my bagel!

This is the only time I have ever ordered light ice and gotten a drink that wasn't full. I'm sorry, but for $5.70, I'm expecting a full drink. This Dunkin has quickly become one of my last favorite as the donuts are usually stale, and no matter what kind I order, they can never get it right. This is a shame because with a little effort, the Dunkin brand could become bigger than their competition.
