Dunkin'

I went to Dunkin’ today specifically to use up my 23,000 points before they expired, after already losing nearly 60,000 points last time without warning. Maybe they sent an email, but I didn’t see it either way, it’s incredibly frustrating to have that many points erased so suddenly. I went to the Norton Ma store on 123, I selected multiple items in the app to redeem, but the system only generated one QR code that took off a single item. I tried this in front of the cashier several times, and even he didn’t know what to say. When I asked for a manager, the conversation became even more frustrating. Instead of helping me figure out where the rest of my points went or walking me through the app, she kept repeating what came off the receipt over and over. After nearly an hour of back-and-f

Don't come here if you don't like your drink made with over half a cup of ice, because that is the only way it will consistently be made properly. One of the assistant managers here and her staff while she is on will refuse to make any alterations to the recipes to accommodate cup sizes or ice ratios even in the slightest (because they're "not supposed to", or so they claim) when the employees at other locations are more than happy to do just that without you even having to ask in the first place. Instead of being handed a full cup without issue, they will hand you one with a very visible gap, refuse to assist you in any way other than asking you if you want to speak to the manager if you look even just slightly confused, who will then claim there is nothing she can do and smugly offer you

I wanted to customize and make my own drink but they looked at me weird and even talked behind my back because i wanted a customized drink. The girl in charge said we couldn’t change the recipe, but then gave me a drink with a bunch of cold foam. Going to Starbucks now.

Great service 98% of time. 1x Kirstin provided terrible service at drive through. She was Incredibly rude and sarcastic but 1x out of 1000 is great id say. Great service overall. Great consistent coffee.

Got a half reg coffee and half hot chocolate. So good.
