I drove all the way from Boston just to try some authentic Chinese cuisine, and it was absolutely worth the trip. As someone from Beijing, I can immediately tell when a Chinese restaurant is good or not—and the food here was exceptional. I ordered shredded pork with garlic sauce, spicy pork, Sichuan-style spicy fried beef, and Shanghai-style soup dumplings. Every dish surpassed anything I’ve had in the Greater Boston area, far better than what you’d find in Chinatown. Honestly, they were even better than many meals I’ve had back in China. We absolutely love Chuan Yue Ju in Boston nortonWe usually dine in because the food is always amazing, but today it was freezing outside so we decided to order takeout — and it did not disappoint at all. Every dish was packed with flavor, fresh, and still tasted incredible even after bringing it home. You can really tell they put care into their cooking. The portions are generous, the flavors are authentic, and everything we ordered was delicious. This is one of those places we keep coming back to, whether dining in or ordering takeout. My son and I took a trip to Wrentham outlets and looked for restaurants nearby. We found this one that looked intriguing and had great reviews. When we arrived, we sat down, got menus and were greeted right away. We had a young woman named Kendra wait on us who was extremely friendly and very attentive. Even though the food was excellent, the service that Kendra gave us left a stronger impression. It’s hard to find young people that are hard-working, caring, and as considerate as she was. Kendra checked all of the boxes. If you go and check this place out, be sure to ask for her. If she isn’t there, don’t worry, your food will still be delicious and you will receive great service!

My partner and I traveled here from New York because we heard about the reputation this place has for having really delicious Chinese food. I have a preference for non-Americanized Chinese food and so seeing dishes like big plate chicken and spicy and sour stir fried shredded potato on the menu I knew I was going to be happy. I have not found a restaurant in my area that serves big plate chicken and it was every bit as good as I imagined and more. Definitely my favorite thing we ordered that day. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere and the owner is such a nice lady. I loved getting to meet her and bond over traditional Chinese cuisine. Wow! If you are looking for authentic, beautifully cooked Chinese food, this is the place. We were there on Christmas… things were a little chaotic, but the food was outstanding especially the dim sum and the walnut creamy shrimp. Definitely worth the drive from wherever you are. But be sure to make a reservation!
