Dunkin'

I ordered a mocha iced macchiato with an extra shot of espresso. I repeated the order 3 different times. The coffee did not have the mocha flavoring and the extra shot of espresso was given in a separate cup and when asked why, I wasn’t given an explanation. Not the only time coming to this Dunkin and the service is horrible.

They were out of French cruel donuts at 9am Asked for a large coffee she gave me a medium until I corrected her, no napkins very incompetent. Won't be going back. Not the first time my order was incorrect. The staff does not listen.

I picked up donuts this morning. The girl gave me an attitude because I changed my mind about getting a half of dozen donuts. I get home, and there is barely any chocolate icing on the two chocolate sprinkle donuts that I got for my son. We won’t be going back!!!

This is a clean Dunkin and they do the best job around making consistent drinks. I have only one criticisms, since day one, I can't stand when the manager makes the drinks. She always shorts your coffee. That place probably makes a fortune and nobody wants to pay $6 for ice or your coffee to be an inch below the top of the cup!! She's the only one that does that.

Should make sure coffee is how and the number of donuts are in the bag. Shorted 3 , coffee no where near hot.
