Nostalgia of a warm home cooked meal. Very reasonably priced and has variety of sides to complete a full meal. It isn't gourmet or fancy, but wholesome and a huge step up from Denny's and better food. Attentive and nice server. A Pittsburgh iconic restaurant to try.

This place has the best service I have had for a long time. The food was excellent. All the people I met there were friendly and nice. I got the veil cordon bleu and it was great. I also had twice baked potato and barley soup. Also excellent. The place has a great ambience and friendly people. I would go out of my way to come here again. They are open Mondays!

I Haven't been to Drew Menas for quite some time, but decided to go todayon Jan 9 2026 . I ordered the Veal Cordon Bleu. The waitress was pleasant & polite but never came back to check on our food to make sure everything was ok. The Veal Cordon Bleu was hard to chew like as if it was similar to shoe leather, honestly & I only took one (1) bite of it & I ate the two sides instead while looking and waiting for the waitress to return. So when the waitress returned, she acknowledged that it didn't look good either when I told her my dinner of the Veal Cordon Bleu itself was bad but the sides were fine. Upon returning after bringing me a menu to order a new entree she informed me that she was told that I had to *Pay for 50% of the Veal Cordon Bleu* even when ordering a new Enree! I have nev

Decided to stop for a bite , took almost an hour for our food. My pizza was on the cold side. The lettuce on the Italian hoagie pizza was wilted. My husband’s pizza was hot . Service was kinda slow . But still a good place hang .

I ordered the broiled fish dinner. My son ordered a Ruben sandwich. Both of our meals were very good. The clam chowder is freshly made and delicious. 👍 Our server was super friendly and very efficient. The parking lot is newly finished and there is ample parking.
