Dunkin'

I come here every day before work and not one time are the hashbrowns good. Unfortunately, I still try to get them every time and they’re always hard and stale, and a lot of the times burnt. You would think they would be fresh in the morning.. sometimes the coffee is burnt too, and I waste it because it’s gross. I hate complaining, because mistakes happen we’re all human, but when it happens no word of a lie, every time! you start to get aggravated.

This has to be the worst run dunks and I use the dunks 4-5 times a day. Yes I know I have an addiction to the coffee. They have this stupid move where they tell you that they can’t bring your debit card inside the drive thru window so she has to hand the debt machine outside the window as you put your own card in. Now for those of you whose IQ isn’t strong enough to realize what they’re doing is forcing you to tip them. By doing this you automatically have to hit the tip screen to select a tip %. Keep in mind they make at least $15 a hour already, greed. Today is Friday January 16th at 6:30am so this little trick just happened.. don’t let this happen to you!!

Tired of getting drinks where the cup is filled to the top with ice then they give you 5 sips for $5. Its either pure laziness or purposefully extorting the customer Especially because their cups are clearly labelled with how much ice should be in it. If you ask for less ice, then they dont fill the cup all the way. In a world where everything is expensive, purposefully underfilling the product is a gross buisness model.

Go to this Dunkin every morning before work, all the employees are pleasant for the most part, but for some reason at least once a week they run out of sparkling water required for their refreshers. This has happened so frequently for the past few months I just don’t understand why they can’t order/be sent more? I’ll have to go to the Dunkin further away from now on
