Dunkin'

Maybe because I’m from ny that I was blown away by the service politeness and respect the staff gave me. But service was quick friendly and on point. My coffee was perfect and by bagel toasted nicely. Hard working staff!!

First I would fix the address on the app. If you use the directions on the app it will take you 8 miles south of the location. My bacon on my sandwich was still squilling it tasted raw and chewy. Tried to tell the guy at the window that the address was wrong but I should have known better an hourly associate wouldn't care. I understand the 2.6 rating.

My wife & I went to DD today a little after 1pm. No customers inside. We went to the counter to order and the girl was at the register entering something. She never looked up to acknowledge we were there and after about a minute, just walked away. We left. I guess that is why they have no customers!!!

My husband and I were excited about a new DD near us. We love to drink coffee, have a donut, and read or check emails etc. We arrived today at the new Dunkin and were having coffee. We are always careful to leave a coffee shop if it gets busy but it was a slow day. One of the workers came over and warned us that no one is allowed to stay over an hour. There were only 2 or 3 customers there at the time. We had only been there about 30 minutes but we trashed our coffee and left. We do not plan to return.

One of the cleanest most inviting Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Definitely a professional atmosphere, staff, etc. Donuts were extremely high-quality. The owner was very, very nice and very helpful. By the time I left, I felt that I was truly valued by the staff and the establishment.
