Dunkin'

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a coffee and a vanilla chai, and both drinks were terrible. The coffee tasted extremely watered down with almost no flavor, like it was mostly hot water. The vanilla chai was just as bad it tasted like plain hot water with barely any chai flavor at all. It honestly didn’t seem like either drink was made properly. When you’re paying for a drink, you expect basic quality. This was one of the worst Dunkin experiences I’ve had.

Nice , delicious 😋 coffee ☕️, wifi. A very spacious ☕️ shop. Plenty of 🍩 to choose from. Good team 👏, they are efficient. Manager is active, considerate and good leader. Mornings are busy and they all handle the rhythm with good attitude, 👍.

These people are exceptionally RUDE! They take RUDE to a whole other level! I hope there is a word to describe RUDE×1000 then that is what the staff of this location is!

I specifically ordered fresh snackin bacon but Instead I got some burnt dried up bacon with old grease still on it. When I took a bite of it I immediately knew something wasn’t right. That was the worst bacon I ever ate. It’s to the point I couldn’t even stand to eat it anymore. I had to get a refund for my order. Shortly after my stomach started feeling funny. YUCK make sure you always check your food before you eat it!!! Lesson learnt 🤦🏾‍♀️

I walked in, there's five people working, maybe two cars in the drive through. And no one in front of me. I waited for 5 minutes at the register, no one acknowledged me. No greeting. No do you have a question. Nothing. I proceed to order on the one and only order yourself station they have. The workers are standing around acting like they can't help anyone. It isn't even busy. I'm a manager at Starbucks. It's so slow there's one guy making drinks and he has time to stand around but no one can ring us up at the register? Absolutely appalling. Whoever the store manager is doesn't care about the customer experience whatsoever because the workers were very confident in there leaning around staring but not acknowledging. Disgusting experience.
