Dunkin'

I came here 2/12/26 & was super impressed with the service. I made a mistake on my order. I took accountability but Joe fixed the problem without question or complaint. I will definitely recommend this Dunkin to anyone.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. Very dirty and unsanitary, they NEVER have all the requested items to put in a coffee. Espresso machine works for 1 day every 2 months. Highly recommend going out of your way to another D&D to get your coffee made correct.

Only thing I can recommend is that this location seems very short staffed. 4 employees all working very hard and very busy. I noticed people behind me left as the person in front was getting lots of donuts and drinks and food. If the manager sees this please tell them to put on more staff so the employees aren’t over whelmed as I left I noticed drive thru was also very busy cars were moving but I believe with more staff could be even better

Ordered 3 lattes and I got 3 cups of warm milk. Usually im ok with mistakes being made, but for gods sake, forgetting the coffee in the coffee? Crazy. If you order coffee here enjoy your warm milk.

When ordering I had to repeat my drink order twice because when I stated my order the first time the person taking my order was clearly not at the register since she asked me to repeat it again by saying “how was it again?”. Next when getting to the window, my drink was wrong. Even after repeating it twice. I ordered a donut as well after repeating my coffee. I had to ask for the donut at the window before asking for my coffee to be remade so I don’t think she rang the donut up. The man in the window seemed confused about me asking for the donut. I do appreciate the nice gentlemen at the window who remade my coffee for me and told me to have a nice day. He handled the issue professionally but there were too many errors to excuse. I never post google reviews but after waiting almost 10 minu
