Dunkin'

Donuts are ALWAYS fresh!! I go here a lot with my kiddos and it’s one of the best Dunkin’s around. I love that I know we can always expect fresh food. The line in the morning for the drive thru is usually pretty long (but hey! I can see why!) so I run in sometimes and I’m always greeted with a happy smile and cooperation with whatever I need (such as asking for separate bags for each donut). Love this Dunkin’s!

I first of all like the location. I've made a lot of friends with some of the regular customers and staff. Morning staff Holly, Laura, Kelly and Cida are great! Afternoons I see Megan, Tyler, Kaitlyn, and Alyssa. And many others. Great staff! And they all make my coffee perfectly! 😊😊😊

They will mess up your coffee order 100% of the time. Last week I ordered decaf they brought regular coffee. Thankfully I noticed but today, I didn’t cos I was in a hurry. Today I ordered decaf with oat milk. I got regular coffee with 7 sugars and 8 milk. I never have sugar with my coffee. The mixture tasted gross. Make sure to check your order or better still go somewhere else where they have listening ears and won’t cause you stomach problems. How hard is it to just stick to the order.

So we come here all the time. The food can be subpar but the ppl are usually very nice. Today we picked up a mobile order, and we were given the worst donut I've ever gotten from a dunkin. We went back around and asked for a replacement. The poor guy at the window was very sweet, but the lady instructioning him was an absolute jerk. She yelled at us that they couldnt take the bad donut back. Okay, fine no need to be rude. They give us a replacement donut. It is even worse than the first. We request a different type of donut bc it is obviously really bad. The lady is throwing a fit about it and loudly complaining that "I don't frost the donuts!" Like honey, I don't l care who frosted it, you can see it's a very poorly made donut. I'm not paying for a frosted sprinkle donut that does not hav

this dunkin never fails to mess my order up, always a 20 minute wait even if you preorder on the app. everyone is running around like it’s their first day on the job i have switched to the dunkin down the road because of all this, horrible horrible service.
