Greeted by a large whiff of marijuana smoke as I went to the drive thru, I ordered my usual, and received the most inedible bagel I have ever seen. Hard, cold bagel. Cold sausage. Cold egg. And a slice of cheese thrown on top. Absolutely embarrassing for this once proud franchise

I am greeted each time with a warm welcome and smiling face, food is always fresh and I never have to wait long. Shout out to Nyland he's an extraordinary employee , always making me and other customers have great laughs and top quality service, I love coming to this location.

We stopped by to get a coffee and a donut. There were only two staff members working, but the store was not busy, only three customers total. Despite this, it took about 10 minutes just to take our order, and an additional 15 minutes to prepare a simple iced latte. What was most concerning was the lack of urgency. The staff appeared very relaxed in their movements and pace, even though there was no crowd or rush to manage. In a quick-service coffee shop, efficiency and time awareness are important, especially when customers are ordering basic items. A sense of urgency doesn’t mean rushing or being stressed, it means being aware of customers’ time and working with reasonable efficiency, particularly when the workload is light. Came in just before 9am this morning and the first thing I noticed was a store counter with spills all over it, a dirty card terminal and behind the counter where food and drinks are prepared- a mess. Everyone just kind of having random conversation. Manager on duty seemed like she was more concerned with being buddies rather than actually running her shift. Gently informed her that the counter could use a little wipe down and she told me "Yeah somebody was supposed to finish cleaning that up" and then proceeded back to the drive-thru window to chit chat. I finally got the drink that I ordered and it tasted just like everything I was seeing and hearing. The entire experience was a turnoff. Left with time wasted, my refund and knowing I will never go back to that location. Proper management

The staff at this location are so friendly and polite. My orders are always accurate and delicious. The inside of the restaurant is always clean. Just a one star loss for the outside due to people hanging around in the vicinity of the restaurant.
