This is the first review I’ve left for any business, but my experiences at this location have been beyond horrific, and so I felt compelled to post one. Having just gone for a run, I needed to rehydrate and pulled into the drive-thru, figuring it would be a quick transactional with only one vehicle before me. Boy, was I wrong. It took forever for them to take my simple order and forever to make it to the window. The guy in front of me idled at the window for about ten minutes. When it was my turn, I waited in the upwards of ten minutes. Nobody even came to the window to take my debit card. What was infuriating was that it wasn’t particularly busy inside, and the young female employee seemed to be dilly dallying with no sense of timeliness. All I ordered was a BOTTLED WATER!!!! Horrible Dunkin. Attitude at the speaker when ordering. The drive thru took about 20 mins with only two cars in front of me and messed up my order. Very rude at the window too. Will not go back.

I hate giving bad reviews. I always try to be honest and fair. I’m good understanding and helpful. But this location drove me mad today (Saturday 08/27/2022 at 3:30pm) I was enjoying my day with friends, we got into drive-thro, I was really good mood. I was ordering my order and the lady was aggressive, rude, bad mood. Putting us pressure to finish the order. I asked her please don’t be rude, we are 5 ppl, we need time to see the menu and order. She started screaming. I just went to finish my order at the window. She said: you are all set, won’t make anything for you here, get out. Me: I just wanna pay and we are leaving! This place is a complete joke. On any given day you’ll spend 20 mins in an inescapable drive thru lane while the workers inside lick the windows rather than do their jobs efficiently. Save yourself the time and avoid this place.
