Dunkin'

Typically my frozen coffee isn't right but still tastes okay. This morning my mother and I went through the drive through and got a butter pecan and mocha frozen coffees. When we left we tried them and they were horrible....we went right back and asked for them to be re made. He took one and "remade" it. Then tried to not fix the other and gave us nothing but problems. Ultimately we got new drinks(still not right but didn't want to deal with him anymore)! He then told me, he didn't want me coming back again 😡 my mother and I both started to feel sick from the drinks so I think he messed with them. This is the absolute WORST Dunkin Donuts location that I have ever been to. Nobody has been there around 5:00 a.m. on a weekday. Shame on me for giving them 3 chances to make a sale. Last Monday was the 3rd strike! Posted hours and Google state open at 5:00 a.m. The app accepts my order, but then nobody is there at 5:20 a.m. to fill it. This last time I called the number listed on Google. It just rang. I kept calling, finally some man I couldn't understand answered the phone. I told him my name and asked for the manager because I wanted a refund for the order not received. He told me manager there at 7:00 a.m. I called mid morning and spoke to him. He found order, seemed to understand that his employee was late opening. Offered to fill my order. I was 70 miles away, not expecting to return

This place really needs to get it together. This is by far the worst Dunkin I have been too. I’ve been here THREE times now and 2 out of the 3 times they have messed my order up or have had missing items. Went today and was more less told I was lying about my items I was missing and that they (never mess orders up) also not being able to upcharge for a different drink if your not a coffee drink is just crazy to me. I’ve never been to a place that doesn’t do an up charge and makes you pay the full price for that drink! Do better!! I guess I’ll just stick to Biggby in new Baltimore.

I’ve been here several times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I have yet to get a correct order. Or I have to correct it at that window. They upsized my drink every time. The Indian dude argued with me at the window about the amount of drinks I ordered. 3 it was 3 of literally the same thing. And I spoke very loud and clearly cause I’ve learned no one speaks English. Except to take your money.

If i could rate 0 stars i would! Terrible customer service and manager does not seem to care. Employees barley speak english. When asking for a manager the employee tried to say he was a manager but infact he was not. Ive been calling 4 days in a row for a call back from the manager for an issue with my order for valentines day that has yet to be resolved. Dont even bother calling customer support either that's a joke! Stay clear of this place!
