Dunkin'

Came to the reviews section. Looks like I’m not alone. I would give this location so much business if they weren’t so consistently horrendous. I had an extra hour this morning so I actually waited. I saw 4 people walk out while I waited for 30 minutes. Dunkin, this manager needs to be replaced, along with all the staff. We need our coffee! Sincerely, Eastern NC working community

The morning shifts at this Dunkin’ Donuts are horrible. Our order is incorrect more often than not, and we have given this place multiple opportunities. This morning we drove off without our order bc the store doors were locked and no one would come to the window. The store opened at 5am and our order was placed 6:34. To make things worse, when you call the “customer service “ number to get a refund, I was told they forwarded a message to the franchisee to reach back out to me and there was nothing else they could do. July the way this store is run, I’m highly doubtful that call will come. So disappointed :(

Waited 20 minutes just for my order to be wrong. When I ordered there was original glazed donut holes. I ordered just the original because there was a bunch in the case and wanted to get in and out of there fast. While I’m waiting I noticed none of the workers are wearing gloves or hairnets and the woman making drinks is carelessly sticking her hand in the whip topping on each drink. So after waiting 20 minutes I finally confront them about my order and they acted oblivious to the fact they were even working let alone that people had orders! Waited another 5 minutes for my order. Order was still wrong.

Went to Dunkin in Nashville on Thursday 1-22-26, at about 625pm. Doors locked, hours had been removed from front entrance. Lights on, chairs still down on floor, employees were inside, shook doors, employees never bothered to look or anything at entrance. Was no sign saying to use drive-thru.

I just want to give a shoutout to the crew on 11/22 around 9 am. We stopped there on the way to VA & the drive thru was backed up so I went inside. Clearly they were so busy but the level of professionalism from this young group was impressive. They were ALL working so hard to get through their rush. Great job!!!!
