Dunkin'

Overall, it was an okay experience. I ordered an egg and cheese croissant, but unfortunately, I was served a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant instead. It was a bit disappointing at first, especially when you’re expecting something specific. However, when I went back to the counter and explained the mix-up, the staff handled it very politely. They quickly replaced it with the correct egg and cheese croissant without any hassle, which I really appreciated. On the positive side, their donuts and munchkins were really good — fresh, soft, and flavorful. That definitely made the visit better. The staff’s friendly attitude and willingness to fix the mistake showed good customer service. Overall, it wasn’t a perfect visit due to the order mix-up, but the polite response and tasty donuts made

Absolutely the best Dunkin I’ve been too. And I go to countless Dunkin’s! The place was clean, the people were nice, and everything was made FRESH. My sandwich was fresh, my drink was delicious, and the staff was so patient and nice with my order. It was also put within 10 minutes regardless of the rush they had while I was there. Complete 10/10.

Do you want to know why they have the fastest service here?! because they don’t even make their coffee properly. I asked for a caramel iced latte. I got a watered down milk special with a swirl of caramel. GROSS. Too expensive for these dumb mistakes!

I don’t love Dunkin’ but on the road you get what you get and you do t get upset so I was super surprised at how well the girl earlier today made my carmel macchiato …..delicious thank you to the two ladies working today :)

The people who took our order, and served us our drinks and food were very friendly. My son loved the Chocolate Munchkins because they were fresh, soft and chocolatey. My wife enjoyed her Bacon Egg and Cheese on a Bagel. It was fresh and flavorful. I enjoyed the Creepy Spider Donut because I enjoyed both the Chocolate Munchkin in the donut hole, deliciously sweet but not too sweet orange and chocolate icing on a fresh and soft yeast donut. The Dark Midnight Roast Coffee was delicious, and helped balance out the sweetness of the donut.
