Dunkin'

A lady named Elyssa was very rude and aggressive towards myself and staff. I don’t understand why they allow this behavior to continue. Some of these staff are decent the donuts are ok The coffee depends on the day and who is working. The owner and district manager should really care about customers and take responsibility. This is happening to loosely and something needs to be done hire better workers Kind workers people who love there jobs and customers.

This is the best Dunkin! The drinks are always made the same, they never mess up my order, they are fast, and best of all, they are friendly! There's a great group of kids and a great management team backing them up! I go to Dunkin all the time all over the country when I travel, and the Mount Vernon Dunkin is the best!

Been going here for about 3 years now and have never had any bad experiences. The lady at the front register is always so sweet, and the manager definitely knows what she's doing! I love all the kind staff and how quick they are. Absolutely recommend!

What a great DD location! Service through the drive through was very zippy, the employee was friendly and let me know which drink was which (no guessing here). The iced coffee was SPOT ON! Absolutely delicious! Sadly there has been times at other locations where the iced coffee was less than desirable. Somewhat easy to get in and out of, limited parking. I'm so glad they had a DD in Mount Vernon (I don't live in the area but drive through often enough).

This is a great location! It's easy to get too and away from the crowded North end of town. The coffee is fantastic! I also got a half dozen box of donuts. The inside is nice and open and was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful!
