They don’t brew fresh coffee! The coffee is extremely hot and customer service is pathetic! Told them 2 sugars.. and they put 2 creams in the coffee.
11:15am on Friday. I sat at thr drive-thru for over 5 minutes with no line and received no greeting. When I drove to the window I saw a guy with longer hair not attending to me even though he saw me there. There's absolutely no reason to be this unattentive and rude. Mind you there are no customers in drive thru and only one that I can see sitting inside.
Best Dunkin in the area! From service, to the nicest staff and even the manager is a kind soul. I come here everyday! Thank you all for everything you do!
The worst chain for miles! Always the wrong order or items burned and shouldn’t have been served.
Tried the ham & cheese croissant and did not enjoy it at all. The cheese and ham looked and tasted like plastic, although the croissant itself was soft. Wouldn't recommend. However, the donuts were pretty solid. 🍩 Cute dog toys for sale at this location 🐕
