Dunkin'

I visited Dunkin’ Donuts today and had a disappointing experience. I ordered an avocado toast and a medium hot latte. They didn’t prepare the avocado toast properly — they only used half of the bread instead of the full one. I also clearly said I didn’t want sugar in my coffee, but they still added it. On top of that, my coffee cup wasn’t filled completely, even though I paid the full price. This is not good customer service. I’m really disappointed and I don’t plan to come back again.

It’s my son’s 12 birthday and he didn’t want a cake, he wanted chocolate frosted Dunkin’ donuts. But after visiting two other nearby locations and finding 0 chocolate frosted donuts, the GM here said he would make a fresh batch just for us. Love this kind of customer service! Thanks Dunkin!

went to dunkin’ to get the bucket of munchkins with some food and coffee. got a caramel iced coffee and an iced caramel macchiato and they look the exact same. when i asked them if they gave me the right thing and reclarified what i got, they got visibly annoyed and told me they had stickers on the drinks. at the window they told me they didn’t have the buckets so i requested to cancel the munchkins and the lady at the window as well as a worker in the back both just stared at me like i was an annoyance until suddenly finding a bucket. they told me to pull up to get my food and i had to ask the worker 2 separate times for the rest of it as they kept trying to give me half of the $40 order and say bye

When it comes to the food and drink it is as expected from Dunkin, sometimes the coffee drinks sweetness level is a bit sporadic but nothing terrible. Service wise, while I've never dealt with anyone necessarily Impolite, they aren't exactly friendly either and a bit short with their responses. Overall, no real complaints, go there pretty regularly when I'm in the area for work.

This is the most terrible store ever. From management ( Melissa) to the quality of the food. Plus its always your fault they burn the bagels- stale muffins- hair in food- charge you double for good- mess up your order- forget items you ordered. The manager is the worst with her dont give one care for anything attitude. Recently my 5 yr old food that extra item in her wrap!!! HELP THIS STORE!! DISGUSTED- is really the most public word i can leave on here.
