Dunkin'

These guys genuinely cannot make coffee to save their lives. This is the only picture I have taken but please. I ordered two of the same exact drink yet these are not the same thing. Every single time I come here, I typically order two caramel iced lattes. One with whole milk, and one with skim milk. That’s the only difference. Yet there has never been a time where we get two correct drinks. They either put skim in both, whole milk in both, and in rare cases no coffee just milk. This past week, I ordered three drinks. Two with whole milk and one with skim, and somehow they can’t even make the two of the same exact drink. Earlier this week they gave me three with whole milk. It’s truthfully mind blowing how bad they are at following directions. I’ve called multiple times and they’ve offered

I came more often when my pal worked there. They churn. My only problem is the blatant misuse of plastic gloves when providing food service. If you’re going to wear gloves to protect the customer from bacteria, you shouldn’t use those same gloves to make their food, handle their change, and find a spare bag somewhere in some drawer hidden under some microwave in the back. Change the gloves, you have the money.

You pay for dirty water and they call it Dunkin coffee over $3,shame,never again.

This morning at Dunkin’ Donuts, the store was clearly overwhelmed. The staff member in the blue Polo struggled to organize orders, causing long delays-especially for earlier pick ups. Orders were placed on the shelf without names being called, forcing everyone to search through bags, a better system and simple name announcements could greatly improve the experience. Shoutout out to the lady in the hat - she was incredibly efficient and did an excellent job keeping things moving.

I ordered box of joe - hot chocolate but ended up black coffee.
