Dunkin'

Had to stop at old faithful for a good coffee! They were busy and appeared short staffed but the staff was amazing and nice and super optimistic and friendly! It made the experience great! Will be back again for sure just because of them!

Breanna took my order through the drive through this morning. She was so polite and happy. When we got to the window she greeted us with a smile and even gave our daughter stickers & wished us a great day! Best service I’ve ever received at a Dunkin. I’ll be back just to see her!

i got an iced cookie butter latte and unfortunately saw what i thought was a bug but others told me it looked like a BOOGER with hair on it, in my drink. i got my refund and the workers were barely even apologetic and could not care less. absolutely disgusting. i don’t even understand how this could even happen. it was INSIDE my cup. awful experience. this store needs to do better with cleanliness. i wish i could upload pictures to show how disgusting it was.

The lady's at this Dunkin immediately made me feel welcome. I didn't know what "coffee milk" was so mid explanation, the manager (I think) poured me a shot to try. All the staff seemed to enjoy working together and be real humans (unlike the zombies you can sometimes run into that hate their job). I felt like I had been welcomed into my best friend house, made to sit down and forget my worries over a cup of perfectly made coffee! #mothertruckinglife approved :)

This has to be the worst Dunkin’ in America. Half their menu is perpetually unavailable and they will consistently char your sandwich. Every. Single. Time. Even with gas prices this high, it’s worth going one or two more exits down to the Dunkin’ on Garden or Hwy 50 in Titusville. What a joke.
