Dunkin'

Made a quick order and they were pleasant and actually smiled. Ames all the difference in starting a day!

I think that when you spend your hard-earned money on food, it should meet your expectations or match what was advertised. I've noticed that this place tends to react negatively and become rude when customers express their preferences. For instance, today I ordered a coffee, but it was much darker than I wanted. When I asked for creamer, it didn’t help, so I requested a new one, but it still wasn’t made to my liking, & I'm pretty sure she was bothered so didn't care how it was made. If staff get upset when customers point out that their orders aren’t satisfactory, perhaps they should reconsider working in the food industry. There’s no reason for rudeness; it’s important to strive for better service. Not rocket science, be kind. No one was rude to you, at least I wasn't. God bless!

Horrible wait time inside for a simple coffee and bagel.

Went to this Dunkin', and I was greeted and had fast, friendly courteous service.Location has six tables for seating , the location is clean outside as well as inside parking is available as well as a drive-through service. I enjoyed my coffee ☕️ & 🍩🍩's😊 @ this location.

I wish I could rate this restaurant a zero. Unfortunately I cannot. The service at this particular Dunkin is subpar. Take a look at the picture I'm adding in here. They couldn't even bother to take the paper off the cheese. It's not real complicated and they're not really cooking anything they're just warming it up. I reported this to customer service and although corporate said the store would contact me, the franchise owner couldn't be bothered to contact me at all. I will never be going to this Dunkin ever again. I suggest no one frequents this restaurant.
