Dunkin'

#Corporate please investigate the quality of your coffee cups. This is like the 3rd cup that leaked coffee on my shirt from under the lid. The lid was secured on all cups and the situation happened with more then 1 size. So it's not just 1 size that is defective. I then have to keep a napkin on the cup to soak the coffee that comes out so I'm also losing coffee that I paid for. You should replace my ruined shirts too.

Huge fan of Avacado and the Avacado toast here at this dunkin was made with care. Topped with a little everything bagel seasoning, complimented the freshness of the Avacado. I only used the drive thru and there was little to no wait during that time.

I would give them a 0 if I could. Horrible staff, horrible attitude, and horrible food. I’ve come here multiple times and 99% of the time I’m disappointed. They don’t understand what you’re saying and get your order wrong as if you are at fault. They screamed at me to hurry up because I said “one minute” because I was trying to make sure my order was right. I work at customer service too, but I have never in my life behaved like that. If there was another Dunkin, I’d never come here. But after this incidence, I’m done. 7 brew for life!!!!

Firstly, the cashier rushed me through the order process and barely let me get a word in. Secondly, the breakfast food I ordered (sausage egg and cheese biscuit, breakfast wraps and bacon egg and cheese croissant) was such awful quality. Wraps were partially burned and tasted terrible. The biscuit was extremely hard. Whether I order coffee or breakfast, I have genuinely not had any good experience ordering from here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU ORDER HERE!!!

The 5 am morning crew absolutely SUCKS. MY COFFEE IS NEVER MADE CORRECTLY. IT TASTE DIFFERENT EVERY MORNING. AND TAKES LONGER EACH DAY FOR THEM TO MAKE. I've never been late so many times even when leaving early. And with maybe 2 people at most ahead it shouldn't take 15 mins for a coffee
