Dunkin'

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. Every interaction & visit I have had at this dunkin’ donuts has been the absolute WORST. They always get my food order wrong, and when I ask them for the correct one, they come at me with such nasty attitude. If you really hate your job, then quit. Why work here if you’re going to treat your customers horrible. I got my croissant FREEZING cold on the inside. I went in to get a new one that isn’t frozen, and the old lady named Jennifer, always has the worst attitude told me that it comes like that or that it’ll be burnt. Every dunkin’ donuts I have been to, the croissant was NEVER like that. It’s warm & melted on the inside. Every day I go to this dunks and my order is messed up in one way or another. Nothing is ever consistent with this place. For example I ordered an easy medium cold brew with caramel and oat milk and I got the picture included. It makes no sense. They even read it back to me.. probably should hire people who can do the job or they need more training? Either way we’re done here!

So you order to breakfast sandwiches bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and you don't get any bacon you call the store and the manager tells you have to bring the food in to show them that you didn't get bacon great customer service dunks. When they tell you to bring both sandwiches in a new tell them the husband ate the other one that does not that will be done now they hang up on you. It's all about the bacon

Slowest service ever. Was waiting 10 minutes just for a bagel. I saw the employee squeeze the bagel down and put it in the toaster. Why would anyone do this. Look at the bagel. Plus it was burnt.

DIRTY, DISGUSTING, LONG HAIR IN MY BAGEL for the second time. Don't get your kids sick and food poisoned at this place, It was my second time found a FREAKING LONG HAIR in my bagel, they didn't even say sorry. The lady working there took the order was rude and impolite and made me get out of my car and go into the store and wasted 30 mins of my time to get me another one ( they didn't give my money back so I had to get another one ) This is my very first bad review on internet ever because I'm just so pissed
