Dunkin'

I really tried giving this Dunkin a chance, but it’s honestly terrible. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve gotten a “coffee” that’s literally just hot milk: no espresso, no flavor, nothing. How does that even happen? On top of that, most of the staff act like they don’t want to be there and are rude if you ask them to fix an order. It’s wild how consistently bad this place is. Definitely not worth the stop.

Let me sum this up. This Dunkin Donuts has the most disgusting coffee I have ever had from any Dunkin Donuts across the globe. I’ve traveled to quite a few different states and this one takes the crown for disgusting coffee and drinks overall. The service is horrible, donuts stale tasting, coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee and the color of my drink is always completely off. I’ve been here more than 5 times and they still can’t get it right and I’ve ordered different drinks and they’re always disgusting. Also do note that when I requested no ice my drink was a few inches from full and I was told it’s because they measure the coffee, seriously?!! So I’m paying for partial coffee and mostly ice! They will never get anymore service from me! Black girl I believe she’s a manager please fire

This place is mediocre. Been here many a times now. Normally out of donuts, I’ve purchased the bagels mini and they were served cold. I’ve used to live next to a 24 hour Dunkin and they do a much better job on their food and drinks. I now just drive out to other Dunkin locations.

The Dunkin in Mequon on Port Washington Road is by far the BEST Dunkin around! The early morning women who open and run the place are outstanding! They and the fabulous iced coffee certainly help me start my day off right!!! Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

They barely add cream cheese to bagels every time. Like cmon make a little more effort it takes 2 seconds. I won’t eat the other half.
