Dunkin'

I went thru the drive thru ordered a dozen donut variety. Got to work and they are all old and stale. $15 for stale DRY donuts . Very disappointed. My coworkers deserved better

If I could give their service 6 stars, I WOULD! Great coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and avocado toast!!! To anyone crying about their donuts… they’ve always been mid! Go to a bakery if you want a decent donut. This locations service is top notch! Always friendly and smiling.

Do not waste your time. Sadly, the worst customer care we have experienced in quite some time. The restaurant was freezing-air conditioning blowing throughout the store on a 30 degree day. Doughnuts were dry. Clerk lied about regular coffee being decaf. When we asked if the heat could be turned on, we were given some bogus excuse. Again, do not waste your time-go somewhere else!

horrible customer service walk in with my daughter no hello just eyes of a tired worker who has 7 orders up and the door is open and people waiting in drive thru. tried to order donuts and she said she didn't have any and they were clearly in the window case. reminds you it is no and can't get fed. thought the change was from the last guest to pay it forward and she yelled at us saying to give her money back cuz those were her tips. not worth $ .63 or even a raise. I was confused and was forced out the store with my child after being told to wait 3 times and not get any dunkin today. that store needs to be ran by a better employee if it only had one in the building. would not give manager name to speak with at a later date to resolve these issues that I have had with her. been her

After purchasing donuts in-store, I was informed that they were being microwaved and would be out shortly. When I asked why, the employee stated it was because they were stale. Naturally, I expressed concern and asked further questions. At that point, another employee became hostile and demanded that I leave the store. To be clear, my demeanor remained calm and professional throughout the exchange. The employee’s reaction was completely unprovoked and appeared to be an attempt to deflect from what I believe are unacceptable practices within this location. When I requested donuts that had not been microwaved, I was given ones that were rock hard. After asking for a refund, my request was initially denied. When I asked for the manager’s name and the employees’ names, I was refused this inf
