Dunkin'

I ordered an Americano and two donuts. One employee bagged and handed me the donuts. Another employee stopped mopping, did not wash her hands, grabbed a cup and filled it with very dark coffee. When she turned to hand it to me I asked if it was an Americano, she looked me right in the eye and lied, saying yes! As if I could not tell the difference between extremely acidic black coffee and espresso with hot water. You can see the mop bucked handle and mop leaning against the espresso machine as she used her unwashed hands to fill a cup with coffee. Marana is a small community...

Was second person in line to an empty drive through wait time was 20 mins + they couldn’t figure out who’s order was who’s when it started to pick up. They didn’t ring up half the order I placed and when they did it went from $14 to $28 so make sure you are asking for receipts. I understand the employees are doing their best, but this place needs a lot more training.

Very polite and good service. We went pretty late and were able to get a wide variety. Love that they are open until 10!

I understand people might have "off" days in customer service, but our recent trip to Dunkin left tons to be desired. We waited about 15 min at the window for a mobile order, which included 4 drinks and 1 baked good. Once they came to the window with our drinks, I was handed 2 drinks, one of which was incorrect--like a completely diff drink. I told the young lady at the window that my drink was incorrect and she took it back to make the right one. She brought it back and told us to have a good night. I told her we were missing 2 drinks and a muffin still. She went back to check the order and then came back after a bit with the 2 drinks and told us to have a good night. This Dunkin' need serious help. Every time I come here is a minimum 10/15 minutes. Slowest fast food experience I've been a part of and it's like that every single time.
