Dunkin'

I had such a great experience at this Dunkin’! The staff was friendly, quick, and really seemed to care about getting everything just right. My order came out fresh, hot, and exactly the way I like it. The store was clean and welcoming, and the overall vibe made my quick stop feel surprisingly pleasant. Whether you’re grabbing a coffee on the go or sitting for a moment to recharge, this location really delivers. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Decided to give this place another chance but again poor quality. My croissant is burnt and my bagel has one smear of cream cheese. 10 dollars later I’m disgusted I even stopped here. They never give you napkins or ask if you need any ketchup. Everyone looks miserable. Drive another 5 minutes and go out to Hillsborough. Like night and day. This place needs to be trained immediately before someone gets sick. Horrible horrible place

I went in for a hot chocolate, they didn’t have any because the machine was broken again. I asked for a latte, they didn’t have any because the machines was broken again. I asked for an espresso, and they didn’t have any because the machine was broken AGAIN. The employees were chill, they felt bad and were really apologetic. I could tell that it wasn’t their fault.

i got an avocado toast with bacon, they put long strips of bacon on one half and none on the other side. there was barely any seasoning on it and im surprised the person that made it is getting payed for this trash. they did not even try i had to basically put the bacon on by myself. i also got a coffee roll and it was not very soft and it was falling apart. i was not pleased with my food tho the drink was ok.

Coffee was full of grinds, hardly spoke in English and were rude. The two girls working were chatting, ignoring the customers. By far the worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had. The inside is beautiful and it’s a shame they need a new staff asap!! I’ve heard only bad things from locals also.
