WOW! super delicious, handmade salvadoran food in a cafe-like restaurant. excellent service and prices! i wanted the chicken soup and they were out so i got a chicken tamale (delicious and fluffy masa with bone-in chicken which was new to me), two yummy pupusas (with the freshest curtido), and a baleada sencilla. you can hear them hand making the tortillas to order and the care and freshness truly comes through in the delicious food . i was able to order and understand with basic spanish and the lady behind the counter was delightful; will be back soon to try other things on the menu!
I’ve eaten here several times but, I never posted. Today, I wanted a quick snack before I went to Walmart. This place never disappoints. I ordered papusas (cheese, beans and revulatas), chicken tacos and tamales (chicken and pork). These tamales were huge. Had the real banana leaf. Papusas cooked right on the spot. Everything! Cooked in front of you. Plus, I got the pineapple and the Jamaica drinks. Delicious! For the price you get a tremendous amount of food. This is a small place but, definitely worth the trip to come eat here.
Small mom & pop restaurant with great food. Our only complaint was the beef steak was cooked a little too much, it’s thin so a little cooking on each side would’ve been good. The service was great. Our server was super attentive and friendly.
AMAZING DIVE ALERT! Tiny Honduran restaurant run by the nicest lady with INCREDIBLE FOOD! Clean, cute and delicious. We tried the Baleadas, tomalittos, tamales, and a pupusas. Portions are big and all authentic and delicious. Prices are low and quality is high. The pupusas, baleadas and tamale were insanely good. Just a note. The waitress/owner is not fluent in English so be patient and don't worry when the food comes out it is all amazing .
I ordered pupusas and a tamale. The pupusas were made fresh right in front of me. They were delicious as was the tamale. Delicious and a great deal. I had horchata to drink. Perfect, not too sweet. Definitely going back.
