Dunkin'

It’s something every time I go to this Dunkin. Not only is the Manager Always rude, They are horrible on riverfront! I work down the road so I go there almost every day to get coffee and avocado toast lately I’ve been having to ask for extra avocado as they barely put any on or burn the toast every time, Today was my last straw when they charged me for extra avocado without adding any extra avocado along with burning the toast.

Employees are always friendly. Order is correct, most of the time, as expected with quick serve. Drive through can back up in the morning but goes quickly.

I have been a daily customer at this Dunkin’ location with my husband and kids, spending around $20 each morning, and unfortunately, our experience has become consistently disappointing. Orders are frequently incorrect, staff can be rude, and on multiple occasions, we’ve had serious hygiene issues, including hair in drinks. This morning (around 7:20 a.m.), my coffee was made wrong again, and my husband found hair in his drink. While corporate has acknowledged our complaints and promised corrective action, the repeated mistakes and poor service make it hard to recommend this location. I hope the management takes these issues seriously so loyal customers can enjoy Dunkin’ as expected.

i got a medium drink and i did drink it but the whole cup is just filled with ice and not like a normal amount and this is just crazy for the 6 dollars i paid

I did a mobile order for a strawberry dragon fruit refresher with lemonade, and I asked for less ice and it did not charge me in the app for less ice. Once I got to the window I ordered two additional refreshers for my kids and she loaded the cups with mostly ice. I understand that they’re three dollars But that doesn’t mean I want to pay three dollars for a cup of ice. I asked the lady for both cups to have less ice and she said it will be 50 Cent each which is fine. What was not fine that the lady had a complete attitude & annoyed about me asking for the drinks to have less ice. Worst experience ever over ice. It’s supposed to be green tea and they taste like straight water.
